The first sprayed figures of Harald Naegeli (1939) appeared in Zurich in 1977 and made him known as "The Sprayer of Zurich". In 1979 the search for him was successful; Harald Naegeli fleas from Switzerland. He was sentenced in absence: "The accused understood it over several years with unprecedented harshness, consistency and inconsiderateness to threaten the inhabitants of Zurich and to shake their law-based believe in the inviolability of property."
